We agree a commission rate with each approved partner before activation. Later rate changes do not affect past orders.

Does a traveller pay more through my link?

No. Travellers pay the same price through your link. Any approved partner discount is applied at checkout according to its terms.

When does an order count?

After payment is confirmed and the eSIM is prepared successfully. Failed, abandoned or refunded orders do not remain payable commission.

Is there a partner dashboard?

Not yet. Alaveno currently manages the programme directly.

Commission and payouts

How your commission works

We agree your terms before activating your referral code. The following rules apply to the programme.

Commission applies to eligible first eSIM orders, not later top-ups.
The order must be paid and the eSIM prepared successfully before commission is recorded.
Customer discounts reduce the commissionable subtotal; tax and payment fees are excluded.
A refund also reverses the commission for that order.
Pending earnings roll forward until the agreed hold and payout threshold are met.
